Ronnie is the Global Principal Sales Leader for IBM Power, specializing in Artificial Intelligence and Modernization. Previously, he served as the Ecosystem Leader for Power across Europe, Middle East, and Africa. With over 25 years in the Sub-Saharan Africa ICT sector and more than two decades at IBM in diverse roles, from technical, services and sales, he brings a wealth of expertise. Ronnie is committed to fostering a high-performing sales culture, advancing leadership excellence, strengthening the ecosystem, and prioritizing customer-centricity.
Kavita Sehgal
Kavita is the Program Director for IBM Power focusing on AI and Cybersecurity. Kavita is responsible for business strategy, offering management, and financial performance. Before this role, she was the 2nd line development manager for IMS and application modernization for IBM z/OS software. She led hybrid cloud product management for IBM Z and LinuxONE with RH OpenShift and also served various other roles, including IBM Supply Chain management and a special assignment with the IBM technology team, shaping IBM strategy at the senior leadership level.

Sebastian focuses on driving the design, development & market success of AI offerings & capabilities on the IBM Power platform.
